It was released in North America on November 1, 2016. The Sims 4: City Living is the third expansion pack in The Sims 4. The game uses elements from The Sims 2: Seasons and The Sims 3: Seasons. It introduces seasons and holidays into the game. The Sims 4: Seasons is an expansion pack for The Sims 4 released on June 22, 2018. The theme is similar to The Sims: Hot Date, The Sims 2: Nightlife, The Sims 2: FreeTime, and The Sims 3: Late Night. It includes a new European-themed world inspired by Germany and Norway called Windenburg where sims can go to night clubs, new spots and many new locations as well as new hangouts, clubs, more activities, coffee shops, and new interactions. The Sims 4: Get Together is the second expansion pack in The Sims 4. Haven't purchased Get Famous but it does offer a new world and I'm a sucker for those -_-" The other features aren't really my cup of tea either. Get to Work is kinda iffy for me, on the one hand the interactive careers are great, on the other I don't really care for all the alien stuff, rarely bother visiting Magnolia Promenade, and running a business is a hassle.

literally almost all your sim's free time gets eaten up cleaning after the little shits). Honestly I'm not a big pet fan though it's probably my own fault I jumped feet first into this (hooked up with a default townie, she lives with 4 cats.

Might not be all that much but there's few enough worlds in the game that more are generally welcome. I'm not really sold on Cats & Dogs though you do get Brindleton Bay out of it. Definitely recommended.Ĭity Living adds San Myshuno, though I wish we had the ability to construct multi-tenant structures elsewhere too. The passage of time feels more real with this pack. the calendar and ability to set holidays. Some features in Seasons should be in the base game imo, i.e. Haven't really played around with the clubs much, but I love the default townies in this pack. I love Get Together, very often visit Windenburg. With Outdoor Retreat you get camping and the table for making wood carvings, including decorations and furniture and instrunments, which I love. (I fucking love costumes, IRL and in Sims). With Spooky Stuff I get halloween costumes, pumpkin making, and halloween themed parties sims wear costumes too. Then again, I had hate sex with my neighbour Penny Pizzaz, and got my first ever enemies with benefits with her (after playing guitar at night for the millionth time) which I enjoyed a lot.įor packs that aren't expansion packs (and thus are cheaper): I like Spooky stuff and Outdoor Retreat. I think that's the pack where you get singing and DJing and dancing too, which I like.Ĭity living is kinda fun, I love the festivals and how you can hang out in your section of the city without a loading screan, though the apartments kinda drive me nuts because if you play music at night or sing in the shower or whatever. And it's fun to be able to make a group and have them all do whatever activity/activities you assign.

Buying the perks for mood and for skill gain can make them learn shit real fast. You can even set club requirements, like traits or level 2 in a skill or wealth or age group, which I like and can make you find a great friend group. I had a woohooers club, a snobby rich club, a study group, etc. The clubs in Get Together are pretty cool (but super OP) and you can use them to do ridiculous shit if you're into that sort of thing.

  • There we go! Time for the pointless end question! I made a few mistakes, and I left out the prices on a few games btw, they all cost $19.99 on Origin.Honestly I don't think any of the other expansion packs even compare to Get to Work.
  • Okay, I've run out of questions, and I'm going to do that annoying thing where I ask a meaningless question.
  • If your sim could be any of these, which would you pick?.
  • Would you rather have your sims work hard, or build skills forever?.
  • No, I want as many choices as possible.
  • Do you get overwhelmed by options, and want something subtle added to the game?.
  • How are you? Right, well, which do you think TS3 is lacking the most?
