Get to Work is kinda iffy for me, on the one hand the interactive careers are great, on the other I don't really care for all the alien stuff, rarely bother visiting Magnolia Promenade, and running a business is a hassle.

I love Get Together, very often visit Windenburg. With Outdoor Retreat you get camping and the table for making wood carvings, including decorations and furniture and instrunments, which I love. (I fucking love costumes, IRL and in Sims). With Spooky Stuff I get halloween costumes, pumpkin making, and halloween themed parties sims wear costumes too. Then again, I had hate sex with my neighbour Penny Pizzaz, and got my first ever enemies with benefits with her (after playing guitar at night for the millionth time) which I enjoyed a lot.įor packs that aren't expansion packs (and thus are cheaper): I like Spooky stuff and Outdoor Retreat. I think that's the pack where you get singing and DJing and dancing too, which I like.Ĭity living is kinda fun, I love the festivals and how you can hang out in your section of the city without a loading screan, though the apartments kinda drive me nuts because if you play music at night or sing in the shower or whatever. And it's fun to be able to make a group and have them all do whatever activity/activities you assign.
Buying the perks for mood and for skill gain can make them learn shit real fast. You can even set club requirements, like traits or level 2 in a skill or wealth or age group, which I like and can make you find a great friend group. I had a woohooers club, a snobby rich club, a study group, etc. The clubs in Get Together are pretty cool (but super OP) and you can use them to do ridiculous shit if you're into that sort of thing.
